From May 3 to June 21, D’Amelio Terras will present a one-person exhibition of sculptor Tony Feher.
Tony Feher creates discrete sculptures with generic objects and materials of the most humble nature, often drawn from the daily urban environment. He reinterprets rules of seriality, arrangement and scale inherited from Minimalist sculpture into pieces charged with emotion and a sense of serene beauty.
Tony Feher has had several one-person exhibition in New York and Los Angeles, and was included in “Threshold”, a show curated by Dan Cameron at the Serralves Foundation, Porto, Portugal.
